Through the Grace of God, His Grace Bishop Saraphim has blessed the expansion of our campus with the much-needed addition of a large number of Sunday School rooms and a multipurpose facility.
Meet CORE, the initiative dedicated to bringing this vision to reality. As our congregation continues to grow, we must be able to accommodate the current and future needs of our community.CORE is devoted to providing space for our church to grow and flourish for many years to come.

PROJECT INFORMATION
What is it?
- Expansion of our existing building to the west and south
- Addition of 12 Sunday School Rooms (9 net)
- Multi-use facility
- Commercial Kitchen
- And potentially more, based on your feedback from the Strategic Planning Initiative
How will the congregation benefit?
- More space for Sunday school that will allow for better conditions on both the students and the servants
- A common area to gather after Church
- A space for organized church events, lectures, etc
- An opportunity to improve how we interact with the community, e.g. becoming a voting district, etc
- The larger space can be used to accomodate future ideas/plans that will benefit the congregation (e.g. career fairs, compuer training, tutoring space, clinics, etc.)

HOW DO WE GET THERE?
With God’s direction, we are asking Him to move people’s hearts to make this initiative a success. The giving of your time, talents, and finances will help provide our current and future generation(s) with the resources needed to grow and prosper.
PHASE I – Design and Permitting ($500,000.00)

- Full Design Drawings
- Develop cost estimate/project budget
- Establish construction phases II, III, & IV
- City Approval and Permits
- Target date of completion: May 1, 2020
PHASE II – Exterior Shell (estimated $1,000,000.00)
- Groundbreaking
- Masonry and Exterior Construction
- Weather/Elements Tight Construction
- Rework outdoor landscape
- Target date of completion: December 31, 2020
PHASE III – Sunday School Room Build Out (estimated $1,000,000.00)
- Rough construction for all gathering spaces
- Finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing and mechanical
- Furnish and use gathering spaces
- Target date of completion: September 1, 2021
PHASE IV – Recreational Space Build Out (estimated $500,000.00)
- Gymnasium build out
- Finish electrical, plumbing and mechanical, fixtures and equipment
- Furnish and use facility
- Target date of completion: June 1, 2022
